HELP!
I'm going to bail out a friend and pick up a line on her verizon account so she doesn't need to pay the ETF, however i have now idea what phone to get...I want a touch screen and im a heavy texter..that's about all i know. Any ideas or opnions?

I don't know how Verizon is but some carriers when you perform a change of resposibility for a line the ETF has to be paid before it can be put on another account. I have done this putting my fiances phone on my account and her dad had to pay the ETF. she and I paid it of course.

Hrm, that is strange. Normally if the line is staying within the same company there is no ETF; at least, that's how it works with both Sprint and ATT last I checked.

no actually it is on my associate account and I forgot since there is no contract then an ETF had to be paid.
