Why do customers think I will let them in after we've closed just if they bang on the door?

I work in a kiosk in the Wal-Mart, and they are open 24 hours. I get calls all night long wanting to know why I am not open. Uh... McDonalds isn't open, the Bank isn't, why would i be there that long? I get days off!!!!! 😡
