SE k700i will it work

I am an att cust. in the US will the SE k700i work on cingulars network, because of the 800 and 900 mgz difference
...

It will work as long as the area you are in uses 1900mhz. Luckily I am in one of those areas so my 1900mhz only phone worked fine in my area (northeast ohio)
