NEED HELP ASAP!!! (tech question)
I have a customer in the store who wants to know if the vx8500 will play .wmv or .avi files that are stored to the phone's memory card. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry if this is too late, but I carry an LG vx8600 and if the file is small enough (15 seconds or less) I can move it and play it on the phone's memory. It will do .wmv not sure on the .avi. I hope this helps.
