c: so this is a verizon store.?..
me: No this is a cingular store.
c: so you wouldn't help me if i broght my verizon phone to you.?
me: no sir this is a cingular store. we don't sell verizon and we don't trouble shoot their phones.
c: so your not the store next to Blah blah blah.
me: no we are a cingular store not verizon and we arent the store your lookig for.( i almost thought it was a prank call but i knew better....yes people are that stupid and deaf)
c: oh ok then.

This is one of those months. I think many of us are getting a great deal of crap. Gas prices go up and people get mad at the cell phone industry.

what part of we don't accept cash for payments on this location do people not understand.jeeze. then they want to argue with me because its store policy. i can't change it. theres nothing that i can do about it so get over it and go to a location that can take your payment. 👿

smelly toilet sewer man comes in... not the account holder... dosn't like his phone and wants to exchange it for another. i asked to speak to the account holder..he gets him on the phone guy verifies everything, then informs me that he purchased the phone at another location. i tell him he needs to go back to the original location and exchange it there. he in...
