Talk to you RAE about dealer plans. You usually have to fulfill certain obligations before you become eligible.

I've come to the conclusion that those plans are different depending on who you work for.

Mine costs more than yours, but has more anytime minutes and no m2m. The data add ons are also a bit cheaper than the standard ones for customers. I've talked to a few other Cingular retailers in my area and their plans are different.

Fun, eh?

but that would do you no good where I live, since Sprints coverage is crappy in town, and non-existent out of town.

No offense, but its the truth here.

    NICE.

I am getting dealer line through our master agent with verizon...

    $0 a month. Unlimited Voice + Data

However we only get one line per dealer/store. it is meant as a demo phone/pc card.

MANY restrictions! the biggest one i think though is no porting in a number to the free line. but NEWay i am going to use it as a free broadband card in the store to demo the VZW wireless REV-A high speed network.

Other than that i used to have a dealer line w/ t-mobile i think it was 2500 min for 19.99

Those of us doing our jobs, usually take up the slack for those who are in it just for as much money as they can make before they get thrown in jail or caught. That's true whether we are an indirect, an agent, or some corporate employees.

You dont count because you own your own buisiness!
You have to be accountable because you are protecting your own name.

Most indirects are multi-store reigonal or national companys whoses employees are encouragedto violate policys of the carrier if tey can make a prfit doing it.

right . . . I certainly don't know everything, and corporate has indeed fixed my mistakes, but the door swings both ways.

I'm not sure how a 'national' indirect would be able to stay in business if they encouraged their employees to violate policies of their parent corporation.

Half (well, most) the battles we fight are related to the same thing: ignorant consumers assumptions.

    Wow...

Does ignorance of that caliber hurt? It has to.

I deal with constant mistakes and brush offs by the local corporate store. In fact, I'm dealing with one now where the corporate store charged a customer for a ESN change and didn't even do it.
