I seem to recall an article regarding the iPhone and the FCC approved version. The article read the version they saw did NOT have WiFi. Could you please confirm if this is correct or if the crack I use is a bad batch.

To the best of my knowledge, the iPhone has not yet been approved by the FCC.
A while back Engadget reported that it had, but we helped them debunk that hoax:
