What has happened to phonescoop????????
I have been a member of this site for about 1 year but I have frequented it much longer than that. It used to be an amazing tool for the industry (both employees and customers), but it has become very bad recently. Here is what I am talking about (from another forum). Those people are being drowned out by all of the bashing posts by others. You can no longer find a helpful post within 10 seconds of accessing the site because of all of the bashing of customers, carriers, and each other.
You used to be able to log on and get any help that you may need. Now you are called names and ridiculed simply because you don't know everything. It is out of hand.

I think you might be exaggerating a little bit. I only post to you because I feel this site to be unbelievable helpful. Once again I feel there are an awful lot of outstanding good people on this site,and again urge you not to allow a few misfits to ruin your good time. Have a good day. Hope you change...

As a site is increasing in viewers it gets harder to moderate, I myself am worried about the number of people that look like they are signing an extra 4 other logins just to flame on the site. I don't know if there is any way to track that besides ip logging.
