Posting phone reviews - losing drafts

Just posted a phone review and found it frustrating that if I forgot to fill in subject headline or if I accidentally went beyond character limit, an ERROR message appears. There is not an option to return to draft, and when I press the back button on my browser, entire draft has disappeared.
Took three times to post a successful review - first time went over character limit, second time forgot to fill in subject bar. Each time had to first re-log in (where it said draft had been stored) and then received error message with no way to return to saved draft.
I am using firefox. Could that be the problem?
