rf reception ratings
for those of us who travel to fringe areas it would be worthwhile to include a rating for RF strength for each phone listed. It is a shame that there does not seem to be a way to quantify RF reception capabilities for a particular phone.

That's something I've looked into before. Unfortunately, it's a whole lot harder than it would seem. There's a reason no one has done it. Any rating you might apply would be very arbitrary and subjective.
Or if you wanted it to be accurate, it would cost a surprisingly large amount of money to test properly. There are just an insane number of variables that would need to be factored in for it to be of any real value.
