actually I worked for alltel corporate, he's right. But honestly noone cares, if you want to go through that big of a hassle go for it. Just make sure you atleast wait one day before adding it back.

yeah i have done it before with stuff and if you spend like a half hour you can get it paid for !!! But I used those three hundred texts in 2 hrs and so i switched to unlimited and then i will call and say why didnt i get my free month and someone will give it to me!! I got a sup to write off 29 dollars from roaming in WV when i live in SD and have a local plan if you try you can get it!!!

I hate people trying to get stuff when they know damn well thay shouldn't. You knew ytour plan was local so why call in and bully them into giving you credit. Be a man/women and pay what you use!!!

he is going to get screwed soon enough.. everything is noted to his account and eventually they are going to say "no" then he will threaten to cancel, then we remind him of the $200 ETF, then he cries and decides it wasn't worth it. Next time he roams and tries to get it taken off, since he has already used his courtesy, he will have to bite it.. I have seen people try that crap and get stuck having to pay $500 in roaming charges..

I just don't get it. Would he also call the credit card company after he charged it up and say I want a credit!!! I don't see why people think cell phone service is any differant. Let go with apples and apples. you make long distant calls knowing you don't have unlimited and you call your local provider and yell and scream for a credit.

Its like going to a bank and demanding more money then whats in your account. You would get arrested. Or going to a food place and demanding something that doesn't come with your meal to come with it for FREE.

well I know all that stuff you said but if the alltel reps are dumb enough to give it to me its not my fault alltel has bad reps who are underqualified! And fyi my etf is only 75 dollars because i can but out my contract and pay full retail price of my original phone LG 3200 which they said would only be 75 dollars! SO ha it is not my fault that they have underqualified reps!

I somewhat agree with you the calling and getting a credit for roaming when you knew you were gonna roam, requires lieing and lack of character and causes problems for the people that honestly made a mistake and deserve a credit.

The working the system to your advantage to get free text. The more power to them. If they want to do it, personally 30 minutes on w. customer service to drop text and then readd text the next day, I get paid more than $6 for a half an hour of work. Its not worth it to me.

well i just clean the house while i talk to them on my bluetooth so its not like i just sit there and talk to them and I dont care about ripping them off because alltel is a bad company anyways!

you seem to have issues. Why use them if they are so bad.

cause my contract isnt up until may and then i will sing alleluia and find a way better service provider!!!!
