it all depends on what market ur in, and how good a manager you are to get the most outta ur salesmen...

I think you have replied to my question on this before.. but maybe to get more detail.. do you know what an average base pay would be for a store manager? Also do they work the same shifts that the retail reps do? If it was an average store with average sales.. any idea on a yearly salary.. Are there any perks? And if you had to choose would you go with retail sales or with a store manager's job? Thanks for the help!
