Alltel users... I need help!

I currently live in Metro Atlanta on the southside where Alltel offers coverage. I work, and usually play, in the city (and on the northside) where they don't offer coverage. Will I get hit with roaming charges if I switch to Alltel?

If you do indeed switch to Alltel, as long as you have a Greater Freedom or National Freedom, and as long as the said srea you go into, is not light blue as stated on thier coverage map. Then yes, you will be covered. I would assume, as it says in thier brochure, that most every major metro area is covered. I hope that helps!
