I'm in the same boat. My contract expires within days and i really want the Scoop. I got and ebay phone and haven't been too pleased with it. It's been confirmed that alltel's new phones will be out by first quarter, which would be 2 months from now at the very most. The idea of trying new phones out every two weeks is nice, but unfortunately you can only make one exchange in the first fourteen days. Ro you can return the phone all together and return to your old one.
