I actually have gotten a chance to see the v710 in action for alltel recently. It is the coolest looking phone we're gonna have in the line up i think. some of the operations were still a lilllllll t720ish but oh well. web worked really well and they said its gonna pass testing (or has passed by now). If your looking for the phone thats gonna add pizazz to alltel's already amazing (ha amazing)line up then here's one and the rumor is 6 new phones a new phone released every month. Then they'll merge with verizon (ok maybe not). If anyone has any inside on other phones coming out for alltel please post. Oh didn't get to test blue tooth and he didn't know if they were gonna follow suit like verizon and take some of the features off.

With only two major cell carriers in my area, Alltel and AT&T Wireless, it would be more than great to see a higher end phone like the v710 come to Alltel. I'm currently an AT&T customer, but if a megapixel camera phone with video recording in a flip like this one doesn't get offered on AT&T's network before this one comes to Alltel, I will have to consider switching. One way or the other, which carrier has the capacity to release this kind of phone first?
