Prices are to HIGH !!!
Now that the Motorola Q isn't coming out until March. I think I will get the Treo 700wx, but 450 dollars is a little to expensive for me right now. Does anybody know when the prices will be dropped of the smartphones ?

Regardless, If you can't afford to throw $150 extra for the pda that makes the best sense otherwise to go with, then you don't really need it. Try getting a better job where it would make sense to have one and be able to afford little things like that.

You could take a chance and pick up one of the used versions or you could take over someone elses contract. I haven't looked recently but there are usually a few for *sale* on e-bay or on forums like this one.

Whatever device you go with, make sure you download the 2007 daylight savings time update at www.microsoft.com. If you choose not to download the patch, your device will not display the correct dates and times throughout the year. (Without manually correcting the problem) Its effecting windows mobile 5.0 and windows mobile 2003. No matter what carrier you choose. The Alltel Moto Q will probably have this corrected for the launch in March.
Also, ask about Alltel's new Smart Choice Packs.
