Your version is a lot different then corp retail. Retail has less to work with (options).

I don't know if it's ensemble itself or IRMS but it is horrendous to use. I've got to be running about a 10% success rate for activations in ensemble. Every time I have to call sales support to get it done. Just terrible. RMS was engineered to work with p2k. End of story.

must be because activations, well at least Nextel activations used to be so quick I never activated a Sprint phone before
