t mobile or cingular???
My AT&T contract is gonna be over around october and i want 2 move 2 either t mobile or cingular, the problem i dont really know wat 2 choose. im going really by who has better phones does ne1 know any good camera phones coming out on t- mobile/ cingular and which carrier is better over-all i realy apreciate it thanx

cingular dosent actually have unlimited nights and weekends, their is in fact a limit (albet high).
It really comes down to what plan do you think will work best for you....
how many minutes do you think you'll use a month?

That's easy... Cingular! It already has much better service everywere that T-Mobile is and Cingular isn't. It also pretty much stops at the 850 vs. 1900 argument. I live in a MN and get horrible service and Cingular isn't even there and they already has better service. Lots of dropped calls also. Cingular has much better phones also. Plus T-Mobile waits to long to bring the phones out. By the time they do come out they are out dated it seems. (o.k. exaggeration, but they are old) Go with Cingular. You will dissapointed with T-Mobile.

It depends where you live? Cingular has a much larger network then T-Mobile but if you don't travel as much t-mobile might do the job as well. With T-Mobile roaming agreements service should be the same in some areas again it depends were you are located.

I have traveled extensively in the early parts of this year and T-Mobile has worked quite well for me. So what are you implying that Travelers beware of T-Mobile? I don't think so! Their service is alright but their plans are the greatest, especially the Family Time.

I have no idea where u travel but i have been to las vagas, LA, MD,OH,FL,NY,NYC,VA,DC and europe and africa the past 9 months and have not any problem with TMO. That is the main reason i have been with them for 5 years since voicestream

I have to advise you to go with Cingular. Not only does Cingular have better coverage, but they also have access to ATT Wireless, since the two are now one company.
It of course depends where you use your TMobile phone. In a large city, TM is great, but if you do road trips at all, TM is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with my phone and I travel the Midwest frequently.
So if you can, stay away from TMobile.
