T-Zones Question
Hi I have T-zones on my phone from T mobile..I have downloaded a program called webviewer on my phone and it lets me surf any website. So my question is that other than the $2.99 a month that I pay for T zones is there a data limit on this plan. Can I surf as much as I want for 2.99 or does it have a certain bandwidth limit?
thanks

now talking from the VZW side of things most likely it will go towards your minutes so you might want to hold back on that till after your n&w start...can anyone for T-Mobile confirm or correct this?

I work for T-mobile I believe thiere is. T-Zones was not priced to support what you were looking for. Your best answer will be a unlimited data package for 19.99 added on to a voice plan. With this package you can surf the internet using you wireless phone from your laptop anywhere on our network. That is as long as you have a cable and a compatible phone. I will check tonight for limitations on T-zones.

there is a mb limit which equates to about 500 page loads, however if you switch to having the 4.99 t zones then it is unlimited, the 2.99 that you are paying is for a grandfathered feature. However if you do switch you do lose the text messages that come along with your 2.99 t zones and therefore would want to add a text package. The current packages for text are 2.99/300, 6.99/1000 and just launched is the 9.99/unlimited text.

I called t mobile but the rep could not give me answer. I dont think he understood my question...he kept on telling me that T-zones is unlimited but when i asked him that i am going to be using a third party browser to visit webpages he got confused and could give me an answer...he just told me tzones is unlimited. I duno If I should continue using my webviewer or stop cause I dont want to get charged a gazillion dollars at the end of the month.
thanks

Well, according to Tech Support, as long as you're using the TZones WAP gateway, it doesn't really matter what browser you're using after that, it still just counts as TZones use. So the best answer we can come up with is that TZones is, indeed, unlimited! 😁
