Just letting you guys know that Circuit City got in their first Nokia 6600s. They're priced at $399 (gasp! omg! ack!) with a $125 rebate. Also...heard my Tmobile rep explaining why Tmobile was NOT, I repeat NOT, getting the v600. Too many software problems with the phone, and Tmobile sending the phone back to the drawing board once too many times led the carrier to say "Bah humbug!" to the piece of junk.

That's one way to look at it. I'll just go with the glitchy software, lubricant leaking hinges, overall crappy construction and basic tomfoolery.

Hmmm, my store already HAS the 6600, and we sell it for $359 at the most with a $100 T-Mobile rebate... we win! By the way, I think your rep might be mistaken about the V600. I don't think they throw launch parties for phones that aren't already a sure thing, and I've already been to it. I think they are still going on in various markets also. Not to mention that the software is almost identical to that which the V300 uses, and that is already out. I can't tell you for a fact that you're wrong, but this seems very unlikely.

That's what I thought as well, and when I voiced these opinions to the Tmobile rep he said that this was a recent decision. A VERY recent decision, as he winked at me (w...

I ALWAYS thought Motorola phones were wayyyy over-rated! I think (for the most part) they are cheap looking and the backwards button! UGH!
