being that im sick of my nokia 6680(love it but want something new) and the n90 has no vibrate, I am going to play with the treo for a little bit. Ill probably join t-mobile again when the sidekick 3 comes out so i can toy around with it. Then I wont mind having 2 cell phone accounts. But as of now 2 phones is pointless.

he doesn't like the mda b/c you have to hit shift to do #'s even tho on the treo it's the exact same way... I had the treo 650 and it's the biggest waste of money! i'd never take that phone, even if they gave it to me for free! it's always freezing and needing a hard reset! and drops calls constantly among other things.

you are welcome to do what you want. but a little advice for what its worth. I had a treo 650 with Verizon actually I had 3 treo 650's, I can tell you for a fact that they SUCK, and Verizon couldn't give a horse's As_ if I was happy or not. 3 out of the 3 650's were all defective, they would shut down and do a hard reset, They would not wirelessly sync, You could be talking on the phone and the unit just decided to reset itself, These are just some of the problems. Verizon told me to call Palm and Palm told me to call Verizon. I did that too many times, I switched to T-Mobile, got a great deal on the MDM and have been happy ever since. It was well worth my 175.00 dollar ETF. In the long run VZW lost since my bills AVG 300.00 a month. T-mob...

all the time. As far as verizons customer service goes, so far they are treating me great. they are not open 24/7 like t-mobile which is unfortunate but im not going to really complain about a service i dont have to pay for(job is paying for the phone).
Your situation sounds frustrating and I would definitely feel the same way if I were you, however I will definitely be back on t-mobile probably in summer time for a personal line with the sidekick 3 or a nice new nokia depending on what comes out, and just keep the treo for business use only.
