What does T-Zone mean in accessing the internet?

The following words are copied from t-mobile.com,
Just $5.99 per month gives you unlimited access to mobile Web destinations and great capabilities-like reading, editing, and sending e-mail directly from your phone.

But I don't understand either. Could someone answer my questions? thanks.


if I sign up for the t-zone with my Moto V360,

1. what kinds of website can I access? any website? or limited ones? Is there any list for such limited ones?

2. could I use my v360 as a modem for my laptop to view the websites? If I can, do I need additional cables to connect them?

1. WAP websites. you dont get world wide web, simplified versions of websites no java or anything fancy like that ...
