What kind of trouble are you having? I know that the NEW voicemail system was not working well even with older T-Mobile phone. Normally only effected text messaging....

With the old system, a text message alerted me to new voicemail messages. Now, I'm SUPPOSED to have the voicemail icon light up as notification. Since I have an unlocked V3, it doesn't have the T-Mobile flex and I now get unintelligible text messages when I have voicemail messages AND when I check the messages. Besides being annoying, I'm being charged for these unwanted text messages. T-Mobile's Customer "Care" reps say that they can't & won't do anything despite the fact that many people are having this problem. The only solution that may work seems to be editing the code in the phone.......
