Can you roam as much as you like or is there a 50 percent rule?

Per the T&C's: Section 7- Use of Service. ...We may terminate your Service or change your rate plan at any time, with notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service is excessive, unusually burdensome, or unprofitable to us... In other words, you roam too much and you may get terminated. Typically, more than 50% roaming use deems an unusually burdensome and unprofitable relationship.

So if I use 3 minutes in a month, 2 roaming, that is excessive? I don't think there is a set percentage (like sprint which specifically says 50%), I think there would have to be months of mostly/all roaming usage.
There was a thread a while ago and none of the employees had ever seen anyone let go for excessive roaming. There was a case where a woman who called to change her phone number like 30 some times in a couple of months, and T-Mo let her go. I think you have to be pretty unprofitable for them to let you go.
