New International long distance rates ???
I work for tmobile CC and i am also a customer, in this month's bill there is an insert with new intrernational long distance rates as of 08/01/2005, and they're higher for several popular countries. I don't ever recall having seen this streamline or did I just miss something? Don't really plan on calling the philippines anytime soon so i doesn't bother me, but why raise the rates when they're not terribly low as it is?

streamline front page that is.

This bad for T-Mobile's best customers. With my monthly service well in excess of $1000, I consider myself a good customer. This increase will add substantially to my monthly T-Mobile bill.

Most of us who make any amount of intl. calls use a dial around like:
www.onesuite.com
www.click4prepaid.com
www.tel3advantage.com
These, and others, are now set up so you don't need to enter a PIN number. The total delay in placing a call is less than 5 seconds compared with dialing direct. Instead of paying over 30 cents to call a lst world country, you pay 10% of that - 3 cents/min.!! Call quality is just as good. Calls to 3rd world countries sometimes give you even more of a savings.
You can obviously program in frequently called numbers. Program in access number for your LD carrier, one second pause, destination number. Sounds like you would save several hundred dollars a month.

Appreciate the info. Thanks.
