Who else thinks t-mobile is doing an absolutely great job?

I think it is great you have t-mobile, and sprint having commericals about their service and what they have to offer. But when it comes to Verizon and AT&T, people come on can you not see that they are fighting back and forth and have been going no where. If I was a new customer and wanted a new cell phone, I would not go with Verizon or AT&T because they are doing these terrible commericals about each other. Not to mention that both Verizon and AT&T are completely over priced. Bring down the giant companies by telling them their plans are too high, ok well I will... I do not agree with their ability to offer extremely overpriced plans, it's not fair. I know that AT&T and Verizon are both going to be hurting because of their new plan pricing...

I totaly agree. If I ever leave Sprint, it would be to go to T-Mobile. I really could care less whose network is bigger or faster; they're both overpriced and arrogant in their approach to customers.

It remains to be seen if the Big Two will be hurt or not. It could be wishful thinking on our part.

I think every carrier has almost equal pros and cons. Att and verizon have larger networks. Sprint has 4G Tmobile has better customer service. I've had T mobile for six years sprint for two. I hated sprints customer service and their stupid policys. Personally I like tmobile better but I hate that they are behind on network speed. I think it really all depends on what your looking for in a carrier if you want everywhere coverage you go verizon or sprint since CDMA has a larger foot print in this country. If you want cheaper service you go with tmobile if you want decent coverage and okay 3g coverage you go att. I do think Tmobile taking good steps to get ahead. Tmobile needs to do more for their long term customers such as offering more ince...

If I were fortunate enough to have a $39.99 My Favs plan with T-Mobile there is NOTHING about their new offerings that would entice me to change. I think it is obvious that the new plans are geared toward pulling subscribers from Verizon and AT&T. You didn't give any love to AT&T for their large coverage map. Sure most of it is Edge, but it IS substantial AND they have the iphone. 🤣

yes i think AT& T is doing the great job as compare to the others.they have the largest coverage area..though their service were little bit weak in north west but that can be reduced with the help of cellular amplifier otherwise all other region they dominate and have the full coverage.thats what them make the best choice.

It all depends upon where you're at. I'm in Atlanta, in AT&T's backyard, and yeah, its ok. My wife had AT&T before we got married, and her service was crap. Dropped calls like crazy and there was never a time she had service and I didn't.

Well I don't really consider their native coverage all that much better then Tmobiles though I am sure it depends on where you live. I went to South Dakota where their coverage is really spotty mostly roaming agreements make up most of att and tmobiles coverage in the northern and central planes.

This is an "in my opinion" post. I do not mean to offend any die hard users out there. I have had a contact with every carrier except Verizon. I never went over to Verizon mainly because of pricing. I started with Sprint(from Radio Shack)and found the customer service to be confusing and billing was a nightmare. Tried AT&T(Then Cingular) They didn't have the great phones they have now but, their Network was strong and prices were still good. I tried Sprint again, mainly because they had the best handsets at the time. They seemed to get all the newer handsets, I left for the same reasons above. I then went to Nextel(before the Sprint buyout). This was mainly for work purposes. The Network was decent but, plans were expensive and I had to comp...
