I have called tmobile for the last month (approx 5 times). I am experiencing dropped calls and sometimes getting call failed. I have been transferred from person to person. From technical support to customer care to cancellations. Oh My Goodness. Still no results. They have made me replace my sim card and replace my phone and still the same issue. Where do I go from here because I still have 6 months left in contract and its $200 to cancel. 😡

Sounds like that could be a coverage issue. The way you describe it, it sounds like everything has been controlled for -- the phone, SIM, etc., so it could well be that you're using it in an area with weak TMo service.
