There is a process for this. I recommend you call 611, Customer Care, and follow it. No employee in their right mind would risk their job in giving out this information without following that established process, especially in today's economy plus the chances of someone in that department reading these forums is slim. The majority of the T-Mobile employees in here are either phone agents of one kind or another or a Sales rep, neither of which have direct access to this information.
