Does T-Mobile even have a 3G network? If so do they even have a 3G phone? I can't find either ... all I see is that they're working on a 3G network ... so far behind WOW.

They are starting to roll it out slowly in markets where they see fit. I wouldn’t worry that they are far behind because they can see the mistakes that the other companies do and then enhance them and make them better. I wouldn’t worry about T-mobile USA going into the future. They will go to HSPA and perhaps LTE.

yeah at first tmobile didnt focus on 3G. they realized their mistake and spent alot of money in a governmen auction in 2006, with those winnings they are building a 3G network. it is up and running in new york now. and alot of markets are supposed to come online in 3rd and 4th quarter. From what i heard, the 3G is supposed to be faster than At&t, but i dont know for sure because i havent been in new york to test that.

I don’t think it was a mistake not to do a 3G network especially since they couldn’t in the first place, but they didn’t just give up and quit, they focused on what they do best and tried to enhance the customer’s experience and what a great job they have done. Who knows about speed for now but both should be very fast.

Do they even have a 3G phone? I don't see any on their site nor do I find any mention of a 3G network. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?

If you would do a good search, you would see that they have three 3G phones. Samsung T619, Samsung T819, Nokia 3555, and the Nokia 6263. 3G is only up in the NYC markets currently. They don't have any data PDA devices yet, since their 3G network isn't completely launched yet.
