It's all roaming coverage in the northern half of wisconsin. If you did sign up with t-mobile (you would have to use an address of someone that lives in their native coverage area) you would be cancelled within 3-4 months for excessive off network usage. Nor would you be able to open up a store.

Used to live in Superior and had to go to the cities to get T-Mobile. Haha it'll never come up there. You'll bounce off Cell one's/ATT's towers when up there.
