Push-To -Talk
terryjohnson16 said:Right now, Tmobile's not in a position to offer Push to Talk...they don't even have the necessary spectrum to begin deploying EDGE. But they're planning on it...they recently made an announcement about buying more spectrum and deploying EDGE. Just don't expect it in the immediate future.
😁 Hello: Does anyone know if T-Mobile will be offering Push To Talk when the officially launch EDGE? I was asking cause I see that the Nokia 3230 is a Tri-Band phone with all the necessary requirements for T-Mobile to carry it. It has 900/1800/1900 frequencies built in. Does T-Mobile actually have to have a high speed network to offer Push-To-Talk?

T MOBILE WILL NOT HAVE PUSH TO TALK ANYTIME SOON.BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO ROLL OUT WITH EDGE. IT MIGHT TAKE THEM ONE OR TWO YEARS TO GET PUSH TO TALK.

How is T-mobile Cheap? I mean they have more money than all the carries from the U.S. Combined. Look at That deusch telekom crap thats world wide and they have like more customers than the new Cingular. T-mobile has enough money to do whatever they please but they are being cautious.
