I used to be a cingular customer for over 5 years, and i had an ok experience with them. so at the end of august of 2007 (this year) i switched to t mobile. and i have to say that i have gotten very good reception with them, and customer care also. but i had a samusng sync before with cingular or at&t. and i could download full songs and watch video clips on it. and i didnt realize it but none of t mobiles cell phones have that capability of downloading full songs and watching video clips off of the phone. and on my motorola v3t which i just purchased last saturday (today is october 5th) reads on the screen when i view my videos get more videos and it has a t zones sign next to it. so i click on it and it reads 404 page cannot be found. so i...

If your phone supports Bluetooth OBEX then you can transfer things from your mac. Open your utilities folder, then open the Bluetooth File Exchange program. Every mac has this software. Then you just choose what you want to send it and you're done.

You have to remember that AT&T has 3G and thats the reason they offer videos and downloadable songs. T-Mobile is not in that stage yet until they launch 3G.

Yeah buddy thats true. I hear its $2.49 a download for songs, and sometimes the clip is as low as 8 seconds long! Over at Sprint, its $.99 a download and its not a clip, its a full length song in which you get a song for your phone, and under your MySprint.com account it also gives you a seperate download for your PC free of charge. Better rate plans on Sprint too, for exclusive plans go to www.Sprint.com/SERO
these exclusive online plans start at

***$30/month you get:
---500 minutes
---Nights and weekends at 7 p.m. (Instead of 9)
---INCLUDES unlimited Text and Internet
---Mobile to mobile
---Roaming
---Nationwide Long Distance

and plus, see T-Mobile hasnt yet fully launched 3G and Sprint has Finished that service since 2002! i...

Yeah man take a look into it its way good. If T-Mo is giving you a satisfaction guarantee period you should definately give Sprint a look. But hey, if you have any questions lemme know! 😉

Sprint has horrible customer service.

just get a dang USB cord for your phone. You probably have one lying around at home.

Thats how i load music to my phones.

and...if you need TV that bad, carry around one of those handhelds. TV rots your brain, you know.

Why didn't you just stick with AT&T knowing they launched the Iphone. It has everything you want if you want an all in one device.

You have a V3T thats one problem... also... remember it takes a micro SD card and comes with an converter to standard SD.. neat thing about that is you get get any song on that card.. as long as it is MP3. I have manyfriends with macs they either have an SD card slot built in or bought an USB adapter.

ou gotta remember, unlike verizon... we do NOT force you to purchase music from us... that phone is yours. do what you want with it.

i would suggest returning the phone, pay the extra $50 and get a pearl. and yes it is compatible with macs via missing sync or pocket mac.

pearl can play any video you own or have even DVDs.. same with songs. handango offers a free video converter too... i have 2 DVDs on two seperate 2GB micro SD cards an...

Oh that's smart. Let's have him go from great (AT&T), to horrible (T-Mobile), to absolutely horrific (Sprint).

Like a poster above me said, go with an iPhone if you want everything in one device.

Just do whats best for you. Everyone has different opinions on mainly personal experiences. I would check for coverage from all 4 vendors, see which ones are the best in your area and go on from there. Also, people say Sprint has HORRIBLE Customer Care, but working for the company i dont think so. I have direct numbers to supervisors and the best call centers in the U.S. I worked for Customer Care, and now work for sales. Every company has rules, and every rules are meant to be broken. If you DO decide to go with Sprint, PM me and i can go ahead and help you along the way. Credits, adjustments, pricing on phones, corporate discounts, just research all carriers before making a decision with a provider ypu'll regret! Out of curiosity, where ar...
