The Mobile Solution

I just wanted to come on here and say that while a lot of you have had problems with TMS stores, not all stores commit the egregious acts that they are accused of.

Yes, I am an actual employee. I just hate reading my store getting trashed when every store in my market is as clean or cleaner than any COR store.

In my market, if we were to ever add a line without permission, or do half of the things that TMS is accused of, not only would we be fired, but more than likely questioned by the authorities. I know, I have seen it happen.

Now, the company knows who the dirty reps and dirty markets are, and guess what? A lot of heads are rolling. A LOT.

Then again, my market could very well be the only clean one in the company. You guys co...

I am a sheister. I work for a horrible company that has been screwing the customers for a long time. Come in looking for an upgrade and leave with 3 new lines!

Was all that neccessary? Seriously, is that what you get your rocks off for? Dude, I personally am the furthest thing from a shyster that you could imagine. Beyond that, are you just another lemming that follows what everyone else says? Or are you just pissed because we outsell COR stores? Either way, you fail.

Oh, and if they leave with 3 new lines, it's because I'm a hell of a salesman and they signed for each. Trust me.

Yes. That was necessary. It's not that I "get my rocks off" from it, I just about died from laughing at your post. The results of your company's actions speak for itself. I have personally seen people have their credit ruined because of your horrid company. Well, I do have to thank you, without the mobile pollution, I wouldn't have gotten my first phone. I want to thank that rep for using someone else's ssn and feeding me outright lies. I found all this out when my phone was shut off, and I went to my local store. This all took place a few years ago....and I still meet people that get screwed by the mobile pollution.

BTW, I find it funny that you know how to properly spell "shyster". 🤣

You find it funny that I know how to spell shyster? Don't hate on me because you can't spell dictionary.

And besides, you can accuse all you want, but at the end of the day, I'll outsell 2 COR reps combined at my mall. You know why? I'm an honest man. That's why I sell.

You can think whatever you want of TMS, but the vague generalizing around here is the drizzling $h!+S.

That's just it! Those examples are getting as specific as I am willing to make them on a public internet forum..... I understand that you may be a human being still, and I say this with sincerity: Go work for a company that does not have the worst reputation in wireless(for a reason) and if you are as good as you say you are... you will be selling twice as much as you do now.

I worked in a COR store for another company before and sold a load of phones, and was paid a lot less than I am now. Plus, I enjoy talking to customers. I don't bark at them, I simply say "How are you today?" and I do it in a friendly manner.

I actually respect your opinion a lot more now that you have made it clear, but for me...if I can make money and keep my integrity by doing it the right way, I'm going to do it. The minute I feel pressured into doing anything that goes against my morals, I would disappear and go back to COR.

The fact remains, I work with GREAT, HONEST, people who really do have their customers in mind. We get tons of referral business, and people come to us time after time and bring friends because of how helpfu...

I couldn't stand it.

Really? It sure sounds like you had some extensive knowledge about the inner working of TWS for someone who quit after 4 days. How DID you learn so much about the sales habbits of all the stores in your market, much less your own, i...

Any one of us could have told you that employment at Mobile Solution was a horrible idea from the start. You personally may not have encountered any dishonest reps or managers but I assure you that someone, somewhere that you work with would eventually have committed fraudulent activity.

I was fired from TMS for being insubordinate. Translation, I refused to do any fraudulent activations and changes to a customer's account because I have integrity. Sadly, this kind of behavior inside that company will not lose any momentum and T-Mobile's reputation has been tarnished as a result.

I do have an interview tomorrow with AFLAC as a B2B Sales Executive, though. yay me!
