The only problem is that when I click onto one of the websites that have the deals, it says that there are no deals in my area. Most third party vendors have a secondary contract stating that if you cancel or even alter your service with the provider you are signing up for you will have to pay a penalty fee to the vendor in addition to the termination fee with the provider.

Also beware of the guys at the mall. If the sign says T-Mobile authorized dealer, be very wary of doing business with them. The dealer in our areas are not known to be the most honest reps to deal with.
So in otherwords, dont go to an Indirect Agent? Unless that company has a bad reputation, you will have no problem dealing with an indirect dealer. Alot of them dont have you sign a 2nd contract. People would come in and say he didnt wanna have a conversation or a smile he just wanted to do what he had to and be done with me. thats not customer service. I love how corporate always puts down indirect agents.
My experience both as a customer and an employee, indirect is not the desired way to go.
