Nokia 6030 cause it is free
Samsung t-209 cause it is free
Motoroloa Razr cause it is free
Nokia 6133 cause it has solid RF, and is an awesome phone.
Motorola RIZR cause it is a good solid phone with MP3 and a memory card.
