REPS! I need INFO
I have a cust on the line from TULSA, OKLAHOMA
he is a former att wirelss customer and keeps getting letters from alltell saying that they will be taking over his acct within the next couple of months.
pulled his acct up and viewed poet- comes up as NON divested, and that he is able to migrate to cingular. But yet, when I use ESNET (equivalent to csp) it shows that at one time this market was divested.
there is no info on ALLTELL anywhere in our systems- we only have info on SUNCOM
the wierd thing is, some of his friends in the same market get these letters, but some of them have migrated to cingular. I am on line with rez and they haven't heard of this.
any input?

Tulsa market is doing standard migrations. It could very well be a screw up in this market, because at first they said that market wouldn't be able to migrate, but that was falsly sent out.

I know. Imagine what my job was like telling customers "migrate over to Cingular and only pay $18 and a new phone" then "sorry, can't" then "you can, but you have to pay the ETF on ATT side" then "its all a mess up, go ahead and migrate like normal."
