Yeah so the Cingular/AT&T forum is gone, alas my main forum for complaining is gone. Time to switch to this one now and flood my delicious complaints about customers here.

Its still there just moved, and modifyed to include Cingular info. Go to the customer service tab on Cingular.com, and click on Forums (in the lower right hand corner)

It's still there, it's just that there's no fancy shmancy icon thing. It's just a link under "defunct carriers" near the bottom of the page.

The old AT&T Wireless forum is not gone, it's just not listed on the Forums page anymore. You can still get to it from the Carriers page, AT&T, and then the Forum tab.
BUT, please keep things on-topic in this forum. That means any "shop talk" (employee issues) belongs in the "Shop Talk" forum. This is more of a consumer-oriented forum.
And as always, general chit-chat belongs in "Lounge" forum.
