Apple Getting Sued??
I think Cisco is going to be very disappointed with this suit. Trademark law is all about associating a brand name with the source of the goods. Who thinks of Cisco's Infogear subsidiary when you read the name "iPhone"?

Yeah if they were smart they would just settle for a reasonable amount of money with the stipulation that Apple gets to still keep the name iphone.
