Buy the Samsung and then after you get it call customer care and tell them you have the v3 or something and you want the 19.99 media works package.

I have been using the same plan for months now and have used various phones from razrs the 8125 the 362 and now the Blackjack, and even used the e62 as a modem for a month using up 127 mega bytes and still only paid 19.99. I have never been charged and overages or pay per use charges.

So here is my story...
I bought a Black Jack the other day, and the rep in the store said "You have to get the PDA package." I said "Ok, whatever I need to have is fine." After reading all the forums that said this and that, I decided to call Cingular and ask. The next day after I got the phone, I called Cingular and said "Just got the Black Jack, what is the data package that I am supposed to be on?" The guy said, "Let me put you on hold, and find out." After about 3 minutes of being put on hold, the guy came back and said, in these exact words, "You are supposed to be on the media max 1000 plan." I said "are you sure?", and no kidding, he said, "Yes, that is the proper package for this phone."
