Office of the President

I had a customer who called today and he literally screwed himself. First, the account is in his wife's name. He is an authorized user on the account though. He has a Cingular 3125. He initial had the Media Max 200 package which has the unlimited internet access. About a week ago, his wife called in and changed it to a Media Basic package which only includes 1MB. Well, he did not find out until today. So, he called in to see if we could change it back and credit the overages he already had totaling 108034kb or $1080.34. None of which has been charged/billed yet.


Well, at the same time his wife changed the plan, she also added an account password and a priority note stating that no changes were to be made without verification of the pas...

I love people who think that when they contact Office of the President they're getting someone important to look at their issue, when it fact its just a rep like everyone else, they just have a fancier title.... whatever keeps the masses happy

Little do they know, the Office of the President is probably more strict about policy than the Reps who have to follow "The Customer Rules"

It sounds to me as if the wife is who is wearing the pants in that household. And since she wants to have total control of the account (password) then she should pay the poor man's bill.
