After reading the results of the AWS Spectrum Auction, there is a list of markets won by, "American Cellular Corp"
Does anyone know what carrier this represents, or is it any affiliation of Cingular?

Wasn't sure where to post this, since the awarded markets for them kind of followed Cingular's footprint. Thanks in advance.
