I soaslo fare love the phone zx20 fast and lots of stuff on it if you need windows or palm phone nthen this is not. If you need a phone first this is for you. I hear the lg-cu 500 is great because it sounds like a small boom box but if only a little use battery goes down then what the point. second the card is hard to use because it behind the battery and if you use a card reader then it tricky and more work. third if you need a loud ring to hear your phone has a call it ascending zx10 can ascending or go full volume somthing i need. If you need a phone first and making calls comes before all the fun stuff you get a loud phone. the only time it hard to hear is if you walking by a street with trucks, subways or construction going by.
