Video Calling Phones. LG CU500?
Will this phone have video calling? I haven't heard talks about this feature even though we're coming up with HSPDA phones. What's going on?

Due to this being the planned flagship phone for HSDPA, it will be the first handset to support Cingular's video-conferencing feature. I forget what name Cingular is giving the service, but I recently read about it somewhere and it was interesting to hear. Perhaps even somewhere on Cingular's website.

Oh cool! I thought so (LG CU500) I wasn't completely sure. The reason I asked is because I think that phone can drop as soon as July, but I haven't heard anything about video calling feature.

I hope LG comes out with a contest for sales reps to win it. That would be awesome. I miss those days when you could win a phone by selling so many of them.....

I messed around with this phone at a cingular meeting. and i looked very hard to find anything related to video calling or VideoSharing. but i found nothing. It could have been a prototype that that they intentially removed it from though. also the phone didnt feel like it was made very well. Its thiker than the razr, but the build quality is nowhere near that of the razr. the plastic felt very cheap.

OK I feel like a knuckle head for even asking this question, but I gotta. When you refer to video calling, are you really referring to actually seeing the person you are talking to? Like a true video conference?? I gotta know I gotta know!
