opera mini with prepaid

I want to know if opera mini would be bad to use sence it charge 1 cent a kilobyte

opera does save on data kilobytes. but for some reason using it for pre-pay seems weird to me.

as long as your not a power user it wont hurt.

that is kind of a stupid plan to me. i wish they had a dollar a day plan like sidekick from t-mobile then that wouldn't have been a problem

It could be. Since opera is a full HTML browser, you are transferring alot more data back and forth compared to your standard wap browser on most phones. It just depends on what you are viewing though. Be watchful of your prepaid balance and you should be ok. One good thing about using it on prepaid is you avoid nasty overage charges! 🤣

actually, you aren't transferring a lot more data... oper resizes everything. it's pretty much the same... but since it's more user friendly people tend to use it more, thus costing more. but the actual amount of kb being transferred is about the same.
