How much money has and is going to be wasted with Cingular just on re-branding and advertising... again?

If I was a customer, I'd be pissed just on how much money has been wasted already on branding and advertising versus improving customer service and network reliability.

Well, I've scoured the 4 internal memos I've seen so far, as well as conferred with a bunch of other people in my department - the absolute soonest any rebranding will take place is a year. More than likely, it'll be longer than that. The priority over here right now is the consolidation of the old AT&T wireless. I'm not even sure where the rebranding money would come from, since it would be a mandate from the parent company, as opposed to a buyout/makeover.

One thing's for damn sure: they're not spending any extra $$$ on the employees . . .

It will be cheaper in the long run---it will consolidate all of the advertising as it will be all under one brand name

Yet what about the money that has been wasted?

I don't understand how I save money by spending $5 on my future advertising, which currently cost $10, by throwing away $15 that I never had to spend in the first place. (numbers are for example purposes only)

Bring it up at your next shareholder meeting. This isn't the government, they are accountable to their employees and stockholders for the money they spend.

Since you aren't either, stop your instigating and answer the questions I posed to you. Quite avoiding straightforward questions with sidestepping babble talk.
