BRE question?

If someone changes their plan from an old TDMA one to a GSM one, then BREs the whole thing, is there a special department to call to get the old plan back on? I know it can be done, but I'm not sure by who.

I don't have the number on hand. "Blue Customer Service" is the department that can reverse that though.
