You should receive the same phone you have now. Cingular now does their warranty exchanges online from cingular.com. You will receive the replacement phone in about 2 days & will have a box to return your current phone to them. The thing to note is it will probably be a refurbished phone that you receive - same thing if you go directly to the manufacturer.

Your best bet is going to be going through XBM. Someone stated that it MIGHT be a refurbished phone. It will for SURE be a refurbished phone. As far as using insurance I would recommend trying the XBM as a warrenty transfer first because insurance is still going to charge you a $50 doller deductable for a refurbished SE s710a. If XBM determines that your phone malfunction is NOT caused by you then they will give it to you for free anywyas. As for getting the S710a or the W600 youll definatley get the S710. Even though they recently discontinued the phone off shelves there are still plenty of them in XBM warehouse.
