Does Cingular transfer pics from old phone to new phone without MMS?
I know they transfer your address book when you buy a new phone, but do they transfer your pics? It is kind of hard to send a pic to the same phone number when your new phone is activated and the old one is deactivated.

if you have bluetooth it's simple but if not your best bet is a data transfer cable.

Usually not. Most stores do not have the data cables (and the software alread installed) for all phones available to use like this.
