SIM question

I just bought a new V600 and I want to transfer all my numbers from my old v60. I don't know how to load all my contacts on the SIM card. I tried swapping the SIM to the new v600 but no contacts were on the card. Can someone please help.

To copy a single entry:

From the stand by screen press the "Menu" key.
Scroll to Phonebook and select by pressing the right soft key.
Highlight entry/name that you wish to copy and press the "Menu" key.
Scroll to Copy entry and select by pressing the right soft key.
The phone displays the next available speed dial.
Edit the speed dial number to be somewhere between 501-750 (for SIM card locations).
Select OK by pressing the right soft key.
To Copy multiple entries:

From the stand by screen press the "Menu" key.
Scroll to Phonebook and select by pressing the right soft key.
Highlight entry/name that you wish to copy and press the "Menu" key.
Scroll to Copy entries and select by pressing the right soft key.
Edit the ...
