Good Employees???
I just read a thread of good rep who makes lots of $$$ which is turning to be a big liability for the company and perhaps will be out work.
I work in the Anaheim call center. I was a blue rep and have 2.5 years experience...good experience...I believe to be worth 100 future reps. This is what I mean. In order for this company to find an employee with the discipline and know how it will take at least 100 employees to find someone to fit my place. I have managers and area managers come to me for assistance. I happen to dig and find information other reps don't know about. In fact I know much that our main system has a big hole that could easily be exploited with flash by an outside hacker.

The buyout has been tough on everybody. I think you should apply for other jobs within cingular. Plus apply for other jobs with other companies. You might make more money by staying with Cingular. If u are talking about me whule talking about a good rep that makes a lot of money. I do not make a lot of money I just make more than most care reps for Cingular.
